Orders are typically filled and shipped within 24 hours after receipt of payment. Due to stock shortages, some items may not ship. Sparetime Garden Center reserves the right to ship partial orders or hold an order for complete shipment at our sole discretion. Prior to partial shipment of an order, Sparetime Garden Center will contact you.

Shipping & Delivery Fees
Sparetime Garden Center does not offer free shipping. Shipping and delivery/trucking fees are approximate based on information provided by agents. We cannot confirm the shipping fees until your order enters into the shipping process.
If the order’s actual shipping fee is higher than the calculated fee, we will contact you for instructions before the order is shipped.
The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any item for a full refund at your expense, (shipping may be refunded if the return is a result of our error). Items are not returnable if they are in an un-sellable condition.
(We will notify you of your refund once we have reviewed and processed the returned items).

Pack the items along with the receipt securely writing the RMA# on the outside of the packaging.

Payment for large orders (above $100.00) must be made by Bank Transfer, Certified Check or Money Order. Payment on UPS orders (under $100.00) may be made by Bankcard.
